Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll work quickly to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Custom or personalized sculptures

Perishable goods (e.g. flowers or plants)

Personal care items

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
