During the summer of 2018, Dale Rogers Studio received a message from the John Tillman Company asking if we would like to participate in their upcoming social media campaign. Dale thought, “sure”, he’s always used Tillman products, so of course he could send over some images of his team using their gloves. 

But then he thought, why not take it a step further? Just like that, he took the idea to a level that no one at the studio or Tillman could’ve dreamt. That spark of inspiration led our Studio to embark on the monumental project of creating a large-scale metal sculpture similar to the Tillman logo found on each of their products.  

As Dale began to design the sculpture, he decided to create another unique element for John Tillman Co. He utilized our video team to create a 20-minute documentary, detailing the process of creating the new sculpture from inception to realization. In addition to the sculpture, Tillman would also receive a high-quality media package to share within the company and externally for marketing purposes.

Dale was more than pleased with how the latest sculpture turned out. John Tillman Co. was amazed by the sculpture and video production, so much so, that they decided to feature it at their booth at FabTech 2018. FabTech is the largest welding convention in the country. Throughout the three-day convention, hundreds of welders and fabricators took selfies and group photos in front of the Tillman sculpture, admiring the craftmanship of the piece.

In 2019 Dale teamed up with a local marketing firm Primary 360 to build a custom sculpture that embodied the spirit of their company.  Dale sat down with President/CEO of Primary 360 and his team to understand their brand and the image they wanted to convey to their clients. This allowed him to create a custom sculpture that captured their ideology to provide them with totally unique installation piece that not only presents a image of professionalism to their clients but also increases employee moral and company culture.
